Medical Insurance
Our plans allow participants to select his or her physicians, employee contributions towards medical premiums are made on a pre-tax basis.

Dental
Our comprehensive dental plan allows participants to choose his or her dentist. Semi-annual preventative care is covered at 100%. As with the medical coverage, dental premiums contributions are made on a pre-tax basis.

Annual Vision Exam covered by Vision Service Plan (VSP). Vision premium contributions are made on a pre-tax basis.

401(k) Retirement Plan
Employees are entitled to participate in the 401 (k) Retirement Plan, choosing from a variety of investments funds so they can plan a balanced investment/savings portfolio.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA) – Dependents
Employees can contribute pre-tax earnings into health care and dependent care Flexible Spending Accounts. Tax free reimbursements from Employee’s FSA accounts are made after submitting a claim for qualified expenses for health, dental and vision as well as qualified expenses for dependent care for children or elderly parents.

From the first day of full-time employment, employees accrue PTO based on tenure. To maintain a balance between work and personal time, ASI encourages employees to use their PTO when they go on vacation or need personal time off.
