The Intel NUC7i7DNH1E is a powerful and flexible system that utilizes an Intel Corei7-8650U processor with 4 Core and Hyper-threading. It also supports dual 4K monitors through 2 x HDMI ports, includes an Intel AC 8265 wireless + blue tooth module, and can utilize both an M.2 PCIe SSD as well as a 2.5” SATA storage device. The most notable feature is that this model includes Intel vPro an essential technology that allows for remote management of the device including the ability to power on/off remotely giving the VAR the ability to offer additional services.

The Intel Bean Canyon NUC uses either an Intel 8th Generation Core i3, Core i5, or Core i7 processor. Similar to Dawson Canyon, the Bean Canyon offers support for dual displays using HDMI of Thunderbolt DP1.2/USB 3.1 gen 2 port. Bean Canyon also includes an Intel AC 8265 wireless + blue tooth module, and can utilize both an M.2 PCIe SSD as well as a 2.5” SATA storage device. The unique feature of the GPU includes H.265/HEVC (High Efficiency Video Coding) decoding, a standard for compressing videos more efficiently particularly in 4K resolution.
Intel NUC8iXBEK1 – (227147, 233068) – Bean Canyon
The Intel Bean Canyon BEK series NUC uses either an Intel 8th Generation Core i5, or Core i7 processor. Similar to BEH Bean Canyon, the BEK version is a smaller form factor with less height so it does not support a 2.5” storage drive but does offer support for an M.2 PCIe SSD. As with the BEH Bean Canyon, the BEK supports dual displays using an HDMI of a Thunderbolt DP1.2/USB 3.1 gen 2 port and includes an Intel AC 8265 wireless + blue tooth module. The integrated GPU is an Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655 that supports H.265/HEVC (High Efficiency Video Coding) decoding, a standard for compressing videos more efficiently particularly in 4K resolution.
