ASI Fremont Employees Donate over 800 Pounds of Food During 6th Annual Food Drive
ASI employees proudly donated 885 pounds of food to the Alameda County Food Bank
Fremont, CA – January 7, 2019 – ASI’s headquarters office located in Fremont, California recently raised 885 pounds of food as part of their 6th annual food drive for the Alameda County Food Bank. Employees set out with a goal to raise 500 pounds of food, and we are pleased to announce that goal was surpassed. In fact, ASI more than doubled their previous year high of 440 pounds by donating 885 pounds in 2018.
The Alameda County Food Bank provides services to 1 in 5 residents in Alameda County through their network of over 200 food pantries and Mobile Pantry trucks. The contributions made by ASI’s employees who live in Alameda County and the surrounding areas will help provide healthy meals to the over 49,000 children and adults served each week by the Alameda County Food Bank.
