La m\u00e9moire Optane est un nouveau type de m\u00e9moire non volatile qui est 10 fois plus rapide et 1000 fois plus durable que NAND, et est 10 fois plus dense que la DRAM et presque aussi rapide.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p>La m\u00e9moire Optane est une conception radicalement diff\u00e9rente de la NAND standard. La technologie NAND utilise des transistors ou des portes o\u00f9 les cellules qui contiennent le bit comme \u00e9tant un 0 ou un 1 sont dispos\u00e9es en blocs, donc si une cellule doit \u00eatre modifi\u00e9e, le bloc entier doit \u00eatre r\u00e9\u00e9crit. La m\u00e9moire Optane est une conception sans transistor o\u00f9 les donn\u00e9es sont \u00e9crites \u00e0 un niveau binaire, de sorte que chaque \u00e9tat de cellule peut \u00eatre chang\u00e9 de 0 ou 1 ind\u00e9pendamment des autres cellules. Les cellules peuvent \u00eatre chang\u00e9es en un \u00e9tat de r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lev\u00e9e ou faible en appliquant diff\u00e9rentes tensions qui changent le bit \u00e0 0 ou 1. Puisque l&rsquo;\u00e9tat physique du mat\u00e9riau de la cellule a chang\u00e9, elles peuvent conserver leurs valeurs ind\u00e9finiment m\u00eame sans alimentation. L&rsquo;Intel Optane 905P disponible dans les formats 2,5 \u201dU.2, M.2 22110 et AIC (carte d&rsquo;extension) est con\u00e7u pour les stations de travail et les ordinateurs de bureau hautes performances. L&rsquo;Intel Optane P4800X ainsi que l&rsquo;Intel Optane P4801X sont sp\u00e9cifiquement con\u00e7us pour une utilisation en entreprise, tels que les serveurs ciblant des environnements de stockage haute performance, dans les applications de donn\u00e9es transactionnelles, l&rsquo;analyse de donn\u00e9es, le cloud computing et les mod\u00e8les scientifiques. Dans le haut de gamme, le 905P diff\u00e8re du P4800X \/ P4801X en ce que les cotes d&rsquo;endurance sont 1\/3 de celles des disques d&rsquo;entreprise et qu&rsquo;il leur manque des fonctionnalit\u00e9s critiques telles que SMBus.
