Alameda Food Bank DriveFremont, CA – January 7, 2019 – ASI’s headquarters office located in Fremont, California recently raised 885 pounds of food as part of their 6th annual food drive for the Alameda County Food Bank. Employees set out with a goal to raise 500 pounds of food, and we are pleased to announce that goal was surpassed. In fact, ASI more than doubled their previous year high of 440 pounds by donating 885 pounds in 2018.

The Alameda County Food Bank provides services to 1 in 5 residents in Alameda County through their network of over 200 food pantries and Mobile Pantry trucks. The contributions made by ASI’s employees who live in Alameda County and the surrounding areas will help provide healthy meals to the over 49,000 children and adults served each week by the Alameda County Food Bank.

“We are so honored to work with the Alameda County Food Bank who work so hard to provide meals to those in need, and we are equally proud of our employees for their contributions that will help so many in our community,” said Crystal Yuan, ASI Senior VP of Operations.
