To check RMA Status, please log into the website by clicking the Partner Login link at the top right corner of this page.

After logging in, click Customer Service tab on the top menu and then click RMA Status and locate your RMA Number or Reference Number.

If you do not have a login for our website, please contact the main user in your organization who has the ASI login credentials and ask them to setup a sub-account login for you.

If you are the main user and need to get your login reactivated or have forgotten your login credentials, please email your ASI sales representative for assistance.
